Hi Dear Mama Gebar! a nice one as alwyas!! Okay!! you are trying to tell or show us how to prepere cottege cheese {Iebe in Amharic) from butter milk that is also called "Ajbo" in Eritrea tigrigna. To me,it is also possible making cottege cheese(Ajbo) from full cream milk(whole milk) by adding a little bit of vinegar or lemon or lime, but your method is excelent!! thank you for sharing your knowledge and skill with us. Bravo!!

One more thing, or a "Tip" from me, you could also use cheese cloth as a professional cheese makers do, which you can buy online from amazon or may be from a big supermarket in your area. you could also add some slat in it to preserve or store it a bit longer time.
