    well explained in a single shot, i have been working with relays and contactors since long time but some of these differences went unnoticed by me. now i can answer anyone when someone asks the difference between these two lovely components.

    can contactors be used in a stabilizer in place of relays

      Dear no need to use contactor in place of relays. More expensive and more space required

    NO AND NC ARE USED IN RELAY AS WELL AS CONTACTOR BUT DEPENDS ON USE .

      These are auxillary contacts . Both are available in relay and contactor but only used for control circuit
