    I love this idea... I've gotta try these.
    I'm a huge fan of drop sets... So this sounds like a nice change up.
    Thanks for explaining this so well. I wasn't sure if it would overwork the muscle and just be junk reps.

    Great video for explaining cluster sets. I def plan on using this technique but will most likely use on heavier lift days since i normally don't have a spotter.

    Cluster sets should be used more for getting volume out of strength sets. Think 4 -6 rep range.. think of it like 4 reps, rest 20 seconds, 3 reps rest 20, 2 reps, rest 2 -3 minutes and repeat 3 - 4 times. So instead of getting only 4 - 6 reps x 4, you are getting 8 - 10 reps x 4 with a higher load.... How they seem to be describing how they use it I think you would be better off w/ drop sets or rest pauses.

    When and how u can apply the cluster set in your workout? After your 2nd set or at 1st u start cluster?

    Great way to keep the muscle confused to sprinkle it in.
