You are literally playing against intermediate players which are hard below high level tekken players. You are so tilted against so many characters and just want to frame them as no skill. "Look guys I am Tekken Emperor, see how ez it is?!" With your background it's interesting to see that you are to this day a whiner. While other people cry about heihachi stage, tekken shop and dragunov. You cry about 50 % of the tekken cast. Maybe it's Time to change your L mindset. If Yoshi is this op, he'll get nerfed, professionals will play him in tournaments, the casuals will play him or at least try him out, too. Let Time decide how broken and op he really is without your constant downplaying of characters and players. Some in the community would appreciate it.
Im afraid that “time” doesnt take away the bad things in a game. A game could be out for YEARS and still keep in some obvious crazy and broken things. I can agree with you on some points, but overall its not like what he is doing is crazy or out of the ordinary and with the prowess thing im not really understanding where that is coming from. And as fair as the players playing some characters he doesnt like, he still acknowledges when someone does something well on that character. I dont think he is straight calling ppl no skill for who theyre playing but addressing some of the issues
He does also acknowledge some crazy things with kazuya as well so i dont think he is being completely bias but i can agree he can complain a bit but lets not all act like we haven’t
you are missing the point. Time does actually reveal things. Many had no idea how strong Feng was for a long time on T7 until the tech was all discovered and then he started making strong appearances in tournaments. Some characters are obviously busted from the start but sometimes on a complicated fighting game it takes a while for people to find all the tech. And the bad things TMM and yoahi whiners (I'm not even a yoshi main) complain about are soooo counterable and say nothing about his many obvious weaknesses that yall will never know about. So yea... let's see him consistently in top 8 or dominating God of destruction ranks at least at some point before people start calling for things they literally do not understand. Many pros think DVJ was nerfed way too hard in T8. Dude is a bottom tier character and always has been, even when T8 first came out. He was only S tier when he was in heat. And his heat move tbh... that was a bunch of first month players complaining about it. Many high level players now would agree "yea we just sucked bc it was a new game and new thing, he could probably have some of that stuff back and it wouldn't be a big deal" So yea taking time can actually matter and allow for people to adjust or realize things.

@αλεξηςπεγιαδης bro I agree but your 40 winstreak happened at what ranks? And top 5 rankings have almost nothing to do with cheese and everything to do with risk/reward. Everyone knows dragunovs mix and recognizes it but knowing it doesn't change that it is unreactable and coming at you regardless. He has the same damage potential/mix potential as someone like Heihachi for example. But the difference is that Heihachi gets megapunished when properly defended against whereas Drag not only stays safe but often keeps his turn with plus frames. Lots of characters have the same "cheese"/power potential when the mix goes there way. Top 5 is reserved for those that don't get punished as hard as others for being wrong.

TLDR: after multiple videos of being in blue ranks forever with Yoshi, TMM gets to go from Tekken King a whole one rank up with Yoshi against more patient players that let him do Yoshi things. But again lets forget what TMMs experience is against "worse" players that constantly yolo and disrespect. Which was being stuck in blue ranks far longer than he was stuck with most the other characters he has showcased.

Tbh the problem with legacy players fighting yoshimitsu is that they haven’t played against him in ages so it’s hard to just pick up and fight. Not downplaying yoshi is strong. But it’s also the consistent knowledge checks. Yoshimitsu just loses against someone who has a good defense since his neutral is pretty bad. He also doesn’t have great pressure like mishimas do. Once he loses from his gimmicks yoshi doesn’t have many options but it takes a good player to be able to know them and react. Flash is strong too for the type of game T8 is. But you can launch punish it and he is vulnerable for about 30 frames ish if it whiffs. So big tip is to bait and launch it. Again not downplaying yoshi deffo doesn’t fit the mould of T8 imo
All of this is wrong per tekken 8, yoshi has godlike mixups from helicopter, crouching, and many other stances and his transitions from those stances are great or heat engagers. His damage is insane, his oki is busted, he completely counters tekken 8 gameplay with his panic tools and NSS.
@shaghilathar3588 "godlike mixups from helicopter" Haha def hardstuck blue. He has a negative high, a slow reactable mid that only launches in heat and on counter. He has a reactable grab. A mid that is just a hit. And a low that does little damage, is launch punishable, and launches for scaled damage on counter only. But better yet... he has to get into helicopter stance first so you already failed letting him do the 3, 1. You should be ducking that high on reaction by now. Since not, yea eat the mix. His damage is literally not even on par with characters like Bryan/Paul and some others tho I agree it is higher compared to a lot of the roster. But you acting like it is unreal is just meh. His oki while strong has huge counter play. For example, his b1,1 into f1+2 setup where he can keep hitting you grounded or catch your sideroll with the unblockable, is a mix where he gets full launch punished if you counterplay it properly. And his guard break tool... hate to say this bc you haven't figured it out. Stay on the fkn ground. That ground hit is part of his combo damage. Accept it. Or get up mashing 1 or 2 and take even more. And panic moves that break T8? Talking flash right bc that is his panic move, singularly. "Omg I can't flow chart brain dead aggression/plus frames that I do to literally every other matchup on the game. I can't believe in one matchup I have to actually consider my timing instead of mashing the next thing on the list bc I'm plus 2! This character is so broken" Delay your attack by literally 2 frames, and you get a free launch... but cry ig. Btw im not even a Yoshi main. He is like my fifth character i have at Tekken King. The matchup really shouldn't be that difficult. Maybe you should play him and you will figure it out what works against him.
@ What did I expect from a brain dead yoshi main? Sorry m8 I’m TGS and don’t struggle with yoshi, only because I’ve never seen one with higher than 60 defense. I love how yoshi mains say everything is reactable as if they don’t play online or that you can react to anything under i25. A safe mid that launches in heat and CH is BROKEN from a stance with so many mixups and easy transitions. They’ll somehow BS an explanation how a 50/50 where both options launch and where 1 is safe is a bad mixup or isn’t completely brain dead. Oh yeah like he can’t just instantly go into helicopter without 3,1 or his plus 15 heat smash. “ WAAAHHH, YOSHI SUCKS, HIS DAMAGE ISNT EVEN AS GOOD AS THE HIGHEST IN THE GAME EVEN THOUGH THOSE CHARACTERS ARE BUILT AROUND HIGH DMG COMBOS “. Oh yeah baby now where getting to the good stuff, his oki is so broken it’s now just part of the combo! Man I was so stupid, I should have figured out oki shouldn’t even be a question for yoshi, every other character has to work for it while for yoshi it’s a right and after the 100 damage combo eat the guaranteed combo. Man what an underpowered and fair character. You don’t even have to think about counter playing his oki, just let him have it because you can’t do anything about it anyway. Damn you mean whatever frame advantage I have doesn’t exist, I have to constantly give up my turn just from the threat of this move even though no other move in the game remotely works like this? You mean even in the neutral his flash will just beat anything I do for free, hit me even when I’m not attacking and just moving, can’t condition him with slower moves because no move is worth trying since flash is faster anyway? Man what a balanced move, you’re right.
There's something a little pathetic about spending hours playing and ranking up with a character you despise just to try and show how busted they are in order to get them nerfed. Which, make no mistake, is exactly what TMM is doing here. The moment Yoshi gets nerfs, it will be mission accomplished for him and he'll drop him in no time.

But instead of nerfing the damage they destroyed her identity, from beta to release they removed all of her setups probably because some brainlet beta tester with 0 sense of balance gave trash feedback to the team and now we have her as she is.

TMM playing against 240k-260k Tekken prowess while having +420k prowess and +20ty years of maining Tekken.
You are literally playing against intermediate players which are hard below high level tekken players.
You are so tilted against so many characters and just want to frame them as no skill. "Look guys I am Tekken Emperor, see how ez it is?!"
With your background it's interesting to see that you are to this day a whiner.
He does also acknowledge some crazy things with kazuya as well so i dont think he is being completely bias but i can agree he can complain a bit but lets not all act like we haven’t
preach brother... exactly this
Exactly, but it’s profitable…. And you see how quickly his minions rush to defend him 😂
you are missing the point.
Many high level players now would agree "yea we just sucked bc it was a new game and new thing, he could probably have some of that stuff back and it wouldn't be a big deal"
So yea taking time can actually matter and allow for people to adjust or realize things.
for the sword sweep, i think bryan can tech roll and immediately do a ws3. it will counterhit yoshi's samurai cutter
if done correctly, u dont have time to even a ws4
I was struggling in Tekken King with my main Heihachi, but after using Yoshi i got promoted to tekken emperor by relying on tricks and flowcharts💀

@Teo-uw7mh lol literally every stance mix, are you kidding?
Heihachi forces some of the hardest 50/50s on the game. The only reason he isnt top 5 is bc he gets punished hard when he guesses wrong.
"I'll be waiting." Holy crap the ego.
Also I'm tekken god on multiple characters. Shut up dude. You prob have a single Tekken King and stopped playing them. You serious?
"What flowcharts does heihachi have ill be waiting." Every single character on the game has flowcharts and you ask that dumbass question
Folks here screaming about Yoshimitsu to TMM. It's like going to a Brawlpro stream and complaining about King. Why watch if you know it's going to be something you don't like?
4 minutes ago is arousing
TLDR: after multiple videos of being in blue ranks forever with Yoshi, TMM gets to go from Tekken King a whole one rank up with Yoshi against more patient players that let him do Yoshi things.
But again lets forget what TMMs experience is against "worse" players that constantly yolo and disrespect. Which was being stuck in blue ranks far longer than he was stuck with most the other characters he has showcased.
Man do I feel worthless
I have been playing yoshi since T7 and I have been stuck at blue ranks ever since T8 came out and only recently did I get to Tekken king and then this guy does this and calling it "easy" 😢
TMM played multiple Tekken games for 20+ years (30?), he's got almost perfect fundamentals and decision making + ton of experience, so i wouldn't be so upset.
But i'm in the same situation, it does feel bad + i'm raging too much, which slows my progress down.

I'm a heavy Tekken 5/7 enjoyer and enjoyed TMM's content and humour but this game is unbearable to watch and play as you can literally get caught in anything.
The last thing I want to see is TMM playing one of the questionably broken reward characters, like his "how to counter bryan" is ok content, I want to see more humour instead of just blindly carrying on and pretending this game is a great contest.
sounds like a loser to me.
Bruh doesnt matter how many times you say you aren't downplaying him, mentioning any weakness he has will summon the hordes.
All of this is wrong per tekken 8, yoshi has godlike mixups from helicopter, crouching, and many other stances and his transitions from those stances are great or heat engagers. His damage is insane, his oki is busted, he completely counters tekken 8 gameplay with his panic tools and NSS.
@shaghilathar3588 "godlike mixups from helicopter"
Haha def hardstuck blue.
This character is so broken"
Delay your attack by literally 2 frames, and you get a free launch...
@@Sicknificant1 I wrote a reply but TH-cam deleted it, it was too long so I’m not gonna try again
I don't see the problem, Yoshi is busted and this is what he does for a living and is passionate about it.

Just because there is counter play dosent make it not broken Yoshi is broken and not that hard he needs nerfs

TMM's beef with Yoshi goes back beyond T7. He just dislikes the character.
Yoshi players always say this but EVERY MOVE IN THE GAME IS LAUNCH PUNISHABLE ON WHIFF, even a jab. So how is it that a 6 frame mid that’s a launcher in NSS is only -15 on block. And it even catches you if you’re moving and not attacking
