The lymphatic meat is one of the most disgusting thing to me. I can't fathom eating an animal's lymphatic tissue.
If anyone doesn't know, your lymphatic system is what protects you against infections and even cancer. It's a critical part of your immune system and without it, you'd be taken out pretty quickly from a simple infection.
Your lymph nodes swell when you have an infection. They're working in over drive to absorb and neutralize the bacteria. You've probably had this happen when sick once or twice.
Now, I'd like you to open those up and start consuming whatever is inside. For the Han Chinese, won't you?

Pre-made packaged food has potential to grow huge in the market but can't destroy and takeover the market completely because nowadays of many gen-z are health conscious and wanna stay fit. So, those fitness frick would prefer organic fresh food over pre-made packaged foods which contains lots of preservatives and chemical food colouring.

It's funny to watch them take the food out of a plastic bowl to put it into another plastic bowl. So much waste, but I'm not allowed to have plastic bags that I'd reuse for other purposes because of plastic pollution.

I can see one big way to tell eventually. Whether good or bad, the same dish is going to end up tasting THE SAME, no matter where you go. At the moment, plenty of places still put easy flourishes on the pre-made food to make it appear freshly made, but that will eventually change in favor of food that can literally be taken from the package, heated, and served totally as is.

I think the next enterprising young chef will begin a trend where the diner can see him work. Maybe a sheet of glass will separate the kitchen from the dining hall, but when the people sit down to eat they'll KNOW the food is fresh. If the prepackaged food is already sold at the fresh food price, it wouldn't be hard to compete.
Even if you just walk past a giant window where you can see a clean, bright kitchen, steaming pots and pans, and containers of good quality raw food then enter a nice dining room, the customers will be more appreciative of their meals.

Those prepackage meals only available in china.
Even if they're available in some other country, they must be came from illegal source.
Why? because if they use legal channel, 100% they wont pass the food regulation test in any country.
