I winced at the price also, but ended going full send. Compared to LED bulbs, or $1600 OEM leds (795 per side from a dealer, many are selling GTR Carbon brand copies as "OEM,"), these are a great option. They are super bright, have an awesome cutoff that is crisp so when aimed properly you aren't blinding drivers. Just used them this weekend (Jan29) at night during the noreaster New England was getting hit with and they cut through the snow amazingly. Some people complained they are a bit center focused in the hot spot, but that's expected of any truck headlamp due to the height. It's a (no pun intended), night and day difference.
Had 2 pairs of these lights, I was gonna give Alpha Rex a 3 times a charm but customer service sucks and both pairs had bad moisture inside the lens. Ended up going OEM.
Same thing for me I haven’t found anything on the SR5 model. I just put the fuse into a random open spot and idk if it’s helping or not but they work just fine for me🤞🏽😬😂
Dunno if its that you didn't finish aligning everything on camera but for $1300 the fitment is horrible. There is a pretty noticeable gap now between the fender/grille/bumper and the headlights. Other than that, Nice truck!
Save some more money and get oem LED Headlights. Alpharex, vlands, etc. All same Chinese company. Build quality is garbage. Butyl seals are gross. LED will burn out, headlight will haze, and moisture will get in. These headlights need some extra work and maintenance. The head ache is not worth it. Especially if you're spending close to a grand. Don't ask how I know. Just a heads up.
@@f-typeltg8114 if your truck is a TRD off road , then you can convert to a full TRD pro model , but it will cost you not cheap to do that, I know many people did this because they did not wanted to wait for a year from factory , but headlights are dope , congrats

@@MontereyBayLounge 100% the OEMs were brighter. To me anyways. No issues, worked how I wanted them with turn signal sequences.
