    I'm binge-watching today looking for some new ideas. My brain has just shut down this week.

    Edit with voice over or subtitles. Cannot see some video images. Too fast.

    Hi Christine, do you have to use a certain type of mica or is mica all the same? Thank you for sharing!

    Hi Christina! Lovely video. Do you prime the long dish mold with boron nitride or other separator preparation? TIA

      @@lisagarrett2657 are you doing fused glass? This is glass powder on a mold, fired in a kiln. What is your question?

    Remove the music & describe what you are doing.

    So pretty. Do you have to add a lyer of clear for food use since mica is not food safe?

    • @CristinaSchnellboegl
      @CristinaSchnellboegl  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Kathy Bidler the heart and the other red dish are covered with red frit, mica is just on the bottom. If your mica is on top you should cover it with clear fine frit, if your Bowl/project is just decorative/non functional you don’t need it.

      What did you put to make all powders and Frit stuck all together? It would be vey nice if you would answer as you did not show nor say!

    Do you have to use mica in this project?

    • @CristinaSchnellboegl
      @CristinaSchnellboegl  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      rosannsteve1 no, you don’t. Use a nice layer of kiln wash on your mold/shelf. I forgot to write this in the video 😊

    I do not see that you put any release agent. How it does not stick to the mold?

    Stop the annoying music ... talk about your piece .. be proud ... but if you’re going to have music ... good lord hire somebody... that is horrendous!
