Could you please answer my question? I scoured the entire internet and couldn't find a solution. I have 2 devices - a Windows 11 PC and a Surface laptop. I have an Office 365 Subscription until April 2025. For some weird reason, I cannot log into MS Excel on my PC (logging in through my laptop is fine). This issue suddenly surfaced two weeks ago. I have done everything possible to fix the PC, for example, uninstall and reinstall Office 365, restart, clear cookies, using different methods to log in, but to no avail. The error message I get at the top right corner of Excel says: There's a problem with your account or device. Let's fix it. And I try to fix it using different methods but nothing works. Microsoft Help is complete BS. Please please help me. My important spreadsheet is stored online on OneDrive and I need to access it using the desktop PFC but it doesn't work. I can access using the Surface laptop but it's a bit inconvenient for me. Someone, anyone! PLEASE help me fix this issue. I need to log into Office 365 using the desktop. BTW, Excel and Outlook, both don't work on the PC.

I tried to learn in several ways how to perform a certain calculation with this software for my project, but learning so much material for me is like buying a herd of cows for one glass of milk! So I'll try my luck this way - I'll present my "calculation requirement" and maybe someone can at least direct me to one of the TH-cam videos that explains it. I am Israeli and of course I write in Hebrew. There are 27 letters in the Hebrew alphabet. And they are divided into 3 groups: a group of letters whose numerical value is 1#, a second group with a value of 2# and a third group with a value of 3#.. A small addition: The space between the words in the sentence also has a value and is always 1#. I need a formula (easy for a beginner) that when I write a certain sentence in one line in Excel it will give me the numerical sum of all the letters including the sum of the value of the spaces. I will give the list of letter groups if and when someone is willing to challenge themselves to help me I will remain faithful in my gratitude always!
Thank you Simon! I am a 56 year old (from India) heart failure patient who is actually into Quickbooks accounting for staffing companies in the US. As I can not go out and need to look for work from home only, the first thing I need to keep up are my excel skills. There were many free courses available on TH-cam but I chose this one as it is presented in a British accent, though you might be based in the US,(a BBC fan here!) with good recording quality too. Why do you use the "SUM" function when explaining the absolute referencing? It works without the function so why add the extra step? What am I missing? Thanks for these videos! You are awesome!

Great Video but why do you add the sum function for your absolute value demonstration. It will work without it so I must be missing the reasoning
