Backprop Optimizers Etc. Get proficient @ NLP.Learn how to clean data.(like eliminating stop words etc) Yes you need to know how rnn,LSTMs work . Then you can start learning gen ai. First understand what transformers.Cause most of the gen ai models you see are based out of transformers. I am sorry to say this but these courses wont get you jobs.Becoming an ai engineer is hard but not impossible .keep learning.
ikr, i'm currently working as an NLP intern, this guy thinks AI engineering will be done with these 2-3 week courses on GEN AI, without even learning the fundamentals of it. and i've seen him giving these blunt advices most of the time, he just abstracts the whole part which is the most crucial, and being an AI engineer is almost 20% learning about AI, and 80% Engineering, you'll manage DATA , you need core skills like SQL, Data warehousing etc too, if you're working for a startup.

After getting bored, I shifted to new domains. Ofc there are professionals out there. But why should that stop me from spreading awareness for the audience that follows me?
