i’m only a few weeks into wet shaving so still making mistakes & yesterday I placed the razor on my top lip ready to shave then pulled my lip taught in line with the blade & made a perfect 1cm long slice so todays shave was a 1 pass everywhere except the top lip to give it a rest. SOTD: gillette lemon lime shave foam (love the smell) parker 99r shark blade (7th shave) thayers witch hazel rose petal
Paul, you questioned why you do "3,2,1...pickup time, baby!" It adds entertainment and humor, so it's a good thing. The humor and reviews on this channel are fantastic. I especially appreciate the "Why not?!" jokes on this channel because they're hilarious. The best shave channel humor is without a doubt on this channel. One more thing. I have a question. Would you be willing to do a Dove soap bar shave that's put into a shaving mug? I ask that because I discovered it recently and it's outstanding. I was wondering if other people might benefit from seeing how that inexpensive soap has an amazing lather because it doesn't dissipate like some other soap bars. It's widely available here in the US for a very low cost, and it's a quality lather. Thank you
Mrs. H brought the sunshine to the shave den. And you gave us another superb Wednesday shave. Enjoy the rest of your week. Hot & Spicy will be here before we know it. Take care.
I have not tried the Stirling Barber Shop. I have Cooper and French Barber Shop, which reminds me of my trips to the barber in the '50s. Mrs H's flowers are stunning!
Definitely worth a try. Stirling barbershop smells great, the variety of artisans and their takes on barbershops is crazy nowadays. While Stirling barbershop doesn't smell like a barbershop I have ever visited I can get the vibe of it plus the soap itself is great.
Nicely done. I have a slant razor and an open comb but not together. Would seem that could be very efficient. SOTD was the Rockwell 6c on plate 4 with a second use Personna super Stirling Executive Man. BBS. Thayers Lavender witch hazel and then CK Shock. Used West Coast Shaving 26mm. red and white synthetic brush. It shreds like a dog. Worse brush I have bought. Have a good day all.
I get a look of this razor on Phönix side but i took The Artifact Commemorative 10th Anniversary but now i think have to try the Crimson Ghost too. Thanks fr introduction
Excellent Wednesday shave! Always makes me smile when you use those Stirling aftershaves. I sent those to you on my travels to the UK in 2019…hard to believe that was five years ago already. Enjoy the rest of your week, Paul. ATB. 👍😊🇺🇸🏴💐🪒🌶🍺
Another great shaving video. as well as the gorgeous flowers display by Mrs. H. i´d love to try this Gabri Aftershave Cream Cologne No 2 out but not around on any Danish shops or Danish websites stay safe, cheers....Peter
Hey. I have a green version of this razor under the name "La Criatura". I really liked it, but not all blades fit it. Some blades shave very badly. I assume that due to bending, excessive tension on the blade occurs, which leads to destruction of the coating.
Hey Paul, nice shave indeed but, those Lord blades make me creeps. For me, they just don’t work. Harsh and keep tugging all the shave trough. By the way nice flowers from mrs. H as usual. Cheers.🎉
Hi Paul and other de shaving community Arko stick soap- does anyone get razor bump redness and uncomfortable-ness from this soap Is there a shaving brand stick type soap suitable that would be more comfortable and reduce any sort of razor burn All good advice is appreciated and welcomed Have good shaves everyone

Question Paul. I’ve been interested on that soap for a bit. When you said powdery you mean like Palmolive shaving cream
"Pick up time, baby!" You told the story some time ago; did you get it from Kevy, or he from you?
