Our 87 sq. meters Unit @ Serendra BGC bought it for 4.5 M with parking lot way back 2005. It was turned over 2009. I had it rented until now . It's now 15 yrs old. So the value is now 20M? The beauty of those condos are close proximities to the mall, clubs/pubs, dining and theater. The cons is also the close proximities of the mall, office buildings concentrated into that compact and congested space. Can you just imagine the traffic. Well metro Manila and traffic are often found in the same sentence anyway, so i guess its ok.

I live in an 1800 square feet condo right now and it’s still small for two ppl let alone a 900 square feet. I don’t think so. Anyway Dada Koo Korean restaurant is amazingly good! Very generous in their side dishes and meats. Yeah that’s the ceiling light converted to an exhaust fan when cooking 😂 😂 u and sweetie did enjoy your meal. So inexpensive and very attentive staff makes the experience more enjoyable. TY for the trip.

These condo unit prices are nuts. Kaya totoong hindi mahirap ang Pilipinas, sadyang magastos lang. Mas napatunayan ko yan nung nag vacation ako 2014, I can only imagine the expenses now.

The beauty of those condos are close proximities to the mall, clubs/pubs, dining and theater. The cons is also the close proximities of the mall, office buildings concentrated into that compact and congested space. Can you just imagine the traffic. Well metro Manila and traffic are often found in the same sentence anyway, so i guess its ok.

Wow naman for one bedroom condo in Makati, ay halagang 13 - 18 Million price range na. At sold out na ang ibang naunang naitayo na. Ang tanong kinikita pa ba ng mga Pinoy ang pinambibili O panghulog dito. O baka naman pang foreigners at mga Balikbayan lang ang condong ito? 🤔☝️
Unaffordable na ang mga condo sa Pilipinas almost $500k, not even mga OFW'S can afford this i guess I'll keep buying lottery tickets maybe one day...
Even a bad habit in buying lotto tickets waste of money , it’s really by change in Gods grace.. maganda save money but at this time worthless.
Sobra naman ng mahal! Plus maintenance fee and utilities pa!

I live in an 1800 square feet condo right now and it’s still small for two ppl let alone a 900 square feet. I don’t think so. Anyway Dada Koo Korean restaurant is amazingly good! Very generous in their side dishes and meats. Yeah that’s the ceiling light converted to an exhaust fan when cooking 😂 😂 u and sweetie did enjoy your meal. So inexpensive and very attentive staff makes the experience more enjoyable. TY for the trip.

Unit are good for Rentals Investment or for End Use of those Expats or Business Owners who lives in the Makati, especially in Circuit.
But if you want an affordable Ayala Property we have Avida Land located also in Makati and its around $100k-200k and the approximate monthly is around $300-900 per month.
