Even with no block breaker move stw has a really good combo potential and good damage and can win against the most of the stands ( for the block breaker its just use a spec with block breaker move, it will make more combos and be more op)
No fault in you saying this but a lot of people see every TS resist stand walking through STW's TS and immediately assume it's useless but it does have a VERY important usage. Because of how TS works in the game and with how little windup STW's TS has you can actually use it to deny other people of their TS. Sure they may be able to walk through your TS but YOU can't. So being able to level the playing field by denying your enemy an entire move is incredibly strong. But you can just throw all of that out the window when fighting against a TS resist stand with no TS (C-Moon, MiH)
If you timestop with STW when they timestop, you can move in the whole timestop. You just need to watch out for when they're using it, cause you need to be fast.
So uh, Id suggest Vamp STW, off of a single m1 you can do heavy chop>stand combo>space ripper>knives>punishment>dash into superhuman barrage. If you have the space ripper fire upgrade its a 100% to 20% health combo

In summary, stw is just like scr, but instead of not having attack moves like scr, all of stw moves are blockable, meaning they need an spec its funny cuz literally yesterday i was completing stw quest with my friend then an jonathan hamon th came to kill me since i was hitting my friend, so me with my specless scr(because i was farming pity) just beated the th guy, then he switched to a knife stand and everytime he saw me he would knife me, until i saw he switched to mih, killed me once, came back to kill me again, i got him low *AND HE LITERALLY BEGAN RUNNING AWAY FROM ME TO USE UNI RESET* (i was half and still didnt had spec), that was the funniest shit ive seen in this game up to that point, but at least i got 2 hamon kills for the quest
They literally make every barrages damage equal and no new stand ideas why dont they just add the stands from the conceptions instead of just taking from lol and the arcade like cant you just make up a moveset 😭😭 ive been waiting for something like echoes or horus
