Update: Corey and Evan acting out the story Elton wrote was the most hilarious thing ever. Its really nice seeing Evan in front of the camera instead of always being behind it!!

I loved the remake of the story that Elton and Evan made it made me laugh so much. I also love these stories so much because you learn many things of different people and learn how people started or when they started to see things. For example, I started seeing things after being told a story of a haunted tree that is outside my grandmas house when I was at my grandmas house. And after that I started hearing and seeing things.

Evan out here putting his all into this shit. He’s been waiting for this his whole life. He was born for this.
1. Spells aren't always going to work on the first try even if all of your items/components are real.
2. Other practitioners can help you do protections/banishments.
3. Smudging/white sage is a closed practice originating in many indigenous cultures. You can smoke cleanse with other types of sage or other herbs but that isn't the same as smudging.
3.5 Palo Santo is also closed practice.
I’m Indigenous, and just got finished leaving a comment about how non Indigenous cannot smudge, and shouldn’t use white sage, so thank you so much for your comment. ❤️

I enjoy about 85% of overnight's content but for someone who claims to do a lot of research, I have consistently felt like Elton misses the mark with researching the cultural importance of many of the spiritual aspects that they frequently talk. Even though I'm White I try to do my part in speaking up. 💜
@@mackenziemcqueen9149 My issue in this case, is less with Elton and them, and more with that girl… You can absolutely smoke cleanse with non white sage, that’s completely a thing. Which is the type of sage I’ve seen them actually use in videos, previously, and the kind of sage that Wiccans and other Pagans they’ve had on during investigations have used. But during this tour, they’ve had a couple people on stage who used language that is specific to cultures that are racially/ethnically not theirs, as is the case in this instance. That girl that had on this one, I take strong issue because she even used the word “smudge”, so I left a pretty strong comment, because I really want Elton to acknowledge it IN A VIDEO, PUBLICLY, that smudging is a closed practice, that we don’t allow non Indigenous to even witness, let alone teach them. Sorry, I’m probably ramble ranting at this point, not even sure I’m making sense. 😅 I’m sick, so I’m pretty medicated at the moment. But I do again really thank you.

Understand that what I say, I don’t mean as an attack, it’s just hard to “explain tone” via comments like this. Plus I’m just blunt. But the problem now, is that either you didn’t state you were Indigenous while explaining you smudged, or Elton edited it so as you stated that wasn’t included, which would then come back around to my issue about needing it to be something stated in one of their videos. If you did not state it yourself at all, consider this as friendly advice from a Two Spirit, and always make sure you stipulate that you’re in fact Indigenous, when you say that you smudge. Again, if you’re saying you are that young woman, and that you’re Indigenous, I apologize for my assumption. Just know it was made based on you not stating you were Indigenous, when saying you smudged, within the video. If you did say as much, and that was edited out for whatever reason, that’s an issue with Elton, and one I would really like addressed. Also, as I said in previous comment, I’m sick and medicated, so also sorry for tangential rambling and ranting. I don’t know what your experience has been like, within our community, and how those, not of our community, have treated you, but I was raised in it, and got called my first racial slur at 4 years old. It only got worse from there, including racial profiling from police that have left me with extreme PTSD. So I’m sure you can appreciate how I feel, when so much of our culture is stepped down on, yet they think it’s “aesthetic” or some fad or crap to appropriate these aspects of our culture, to the point that some in the newer generations don’t know any better. I just want our culture and practices shown respect, you know? Anyway, sorry again for rambling!

Ok… the story about violet. That legit happened to me. I mean, my names violet and when I was in bed i felt something looking at me, before I know I was screaming.
