Driving around Rijeka
Rijeka is the capital of Bjelovar-Bilogora County in Croatia. It is also one of the five constituent parts of the Republic of Croatia. The city is situated on the banks of the Krke River and has a population of more than 98,000. Many travelers visit Rijeka to explore its Mediterranean-style architecture and taste regional foods. The city offers many scenic drives, including along the Rijeka seafront, up the hillside toward St Donat's Castle and into nature preserves.
