Good review. How annoying being damaged in transit though. thankfully you had a video of the unboxing so there is not mistake that you never caused it. BTW, that 'choke' is actually the fuel tap. I think it will have an auto choke.
This generator is a joke! After finally getting it started it run for 2 minutes and died! No spark to the plug! Got a new plug and no go! This generator definitely needs to be off the market!!
Some generators have an auto cut off if the oil is too low (it wont spark). When it ran for 2 minutes the oil was splashing around which made the sensor think that it was low. Try adding a little more oil. Its quite common.

That's the one thing about buying a generator from Amazon...it is NOT returnable unless there is damage much like we see.
