This motorhome meets my needs... master bedroom, bunk beds, over the cockpit bunk bed....perfect...most space efficiency I've seen so far...
That bunk bed over the cockpit can hold 2 Big Scott's safely .....maybe 3....
I love a coach made for more than 2! Dedicated sleeping spaces are a must in my future purchase

No ure not. The very first time i watched one of his videos i pictured Alan selling RVs lol till i saw his face. I was in total shock. Sound alikes lol
Yay! They added stabilizer bars! That was the complaint I was reading the most online about the precept. That was a really smart move. These are pretty inside. I had written them off because I had a bad experience viewing one at a dealer. Poor sales guy tried to move the slides in and the whole thing shook and gouged the counter top on the way in. It was so embarrassing. So I'm assuming that is unusual? Totally freaked me out though.
I've never personally witnessed any Precepts having shaking slide issues. This indicates to me there was something like an unnoticed obstruction or adjustment needed on the slide that was undiagnosed.
Scott is someone I have talked with on the phone, so it's GREAT to see him as a guest on this video!! It's a FAB idea to employ someone who is very knowledgeable about towing & motorized RV's!! Happy with the amount of outside storage on this Jayco Precept!! TWO FULL baths!!!!???? WOW!!!!! This has such a great closet/bunk option!!!!! This Precept has THREE slides? Is this correct?

How about doing a video where you test drive one of these precept s on a bumpy road so we can hear how quiet it is while driving. Also how about showing a video on removing the engine cover inside and show us the motor.
We have a LOT of ideas not unlike those you've mentioned here planned. Really... we just need Michigan to knock it off with the awful weather and we'll have all sorts of fun content rolling out
Paul Wicklund .. I agree with a bumpy test drive. I see so many motor coaches doing RV you tube videos and all I hear in the back ground is squeeking and rateling. that would drive me nuts.

We are not a dealer of Entegra coaches. Absolutely nothing wrong with them -- we simply have limited space and focus on volume sales which tends to be found more on the towable side of things.

Sort of. The weather you're describing gets pulled North a bit as it heads this way. We're in the very southern part of the state and tend to avoid the brunt of it. Tomorrow isn't looking awesome, but Saturday/Sunday are looking respectable.

Great video. Is there storage under the dinette, sofa and main bed? Also, I noticed the lack of a ladder. Is there another way to access the roof while on the road?
Regarding storage: Yes, Yes, and Yes.
Regarding ladder: Jayco has always offered one in years past. Unfortunately, people don't always use things like ladders responsibly. They would tie things to the ladder which would stress the mounting points in unintended ways. The result was sometimes spider cracks in the rear fiberglass cap.
Owners would damage their own RV & be upset that Jayco wouldn't cover self-inflicted damage (which they shouldn't).
This season they opt'd to simply eliminate the potential for this to even occur. Sadly, I don't think you'll ever get people to quit mis-using a ladder.

Last question can it pull a 3/4 horse trailer because if it can consider it sold
It has a 5k tow rating, so I guess it depends on what you put in it. If you need a greater tow rating, then you'll need to start looking at things off the Ford Chassis like a Jayco Seneca with a Freightliner chassis.

Love the fact that there isn't windows everywhere. Less reflectix to buy. If i wanna see outside, i will go outside. One thing I wish they would do on coaches is put some kind of way that the co pilot could work the radio from the passenger seat.
I think this follows the logic of automotive design in which everything is driver-centric. Passengers aren't nearly as occupied with watching the road, so they have the time and mental capacity to do something even if it's not optimally convenient.
It's far more important for the driver to have easy access to everything than the passenger for obvious reasons.

Negative. This model hasn't existed long. The new 2018 model is actually identical to the 2017. The 17s last year were basically built to 18 specs since they were released so late in the season.

Truma, yes. It's a recent change. Unsure of the EXACT model and series, however.

How much does one of those run
Can vary naturally on how it's equipped. Full body paint is a significant cost item. Loaded up closer to 130. A bit simpler will land you closer to 120.
