Nice to get a look at the latest goodies in Asda as it's not one I go to very often. Sad the Fry's Kyivs are reduced, I couldn't find any in Iceland either so I guess they've discontinued them - I know some people didn't rate them but I really liked them.
Those flatbreads were around for a while but only marked vegetarian, I was very happy when they were finally labelled vegan - they are very nice indeed!
Great shoppingvlog, as always 🙂. Although there's no Asda in the Netherlands, I still like to watch cause I always learn something from you guys. Personally, I like the carchat. Makes me feel like we're shopping together instead of just you showing us things.
Just a quick mention, I found OMV x2 Battered No Fish Fillets, they are in the chiller, at £2-85, and they are about twice the size of the usual vegan no fish fillets. Flavour is mild, but you can jazz it up with vinegar/salt etc. Very nice texture and batter. They (Asda) also had a small Tortilla at £2-50, (Squeaky Bean), which I haven't seen yet elsewhere. Very nice. Thanks for putting up with my ramblings, when yer preparing or at VCO! 💗💚

I did try their OMV roast no chicken with stuffing and I really didn't like the texture. It kind of put me off trying the OMV range. However, I've read some other very positive comments from folks trying other OMV products. So I will give other things a go. That's one of the many great things about these videos, learning and hearing about vegan food available. Particularly down to earth vegan food ❤. Take care all x
Love Asda but am miffed they don't sell Granovita mushroom pate anymore :/. OMV vegan chorizo slices are great as is the Happiee Shrimpiee brand. Love you guys and your videos
So jealous of your Asda! I have two local to me and they're both very sad on the vegan supplies front. My nearest is the worst, it has about a quarter of a chiller bay 😭 I have to travel about 20 miles to get to one that has a decent enough selection. Obviously trips there cause serious damage to my bank balance!

But I can't let price deter me, I am Vegan for a massive reason now. NO MORE SUFFERING! watching lots of videos to help. Is there any tips or advice you'd give to new vegans, Who are just now switching after years of eating meat and other animal products? x
Not sure what you're looking at food wise but comparatively vegan foods are very much similar in price, aside from milk, but even that can be cheaper depending where you get it. We have a free ebook available at thoseveganguys.com which you may find helpful, anything specific you're wanting guidance or help with?
Maybe try having a look at the frozen world foods section next time you're in Asda, that is a treasure trove of accidentally vegan food which has been expanded recently 😊
I'm doing veganuary and I didn't realise that cauldron Lincolnshire sausages weren't vegan and had some last night! :( Devastated! Never mind, at least they weren't meat! Tomorrow is another day! Thanks for the heads up!

Asda near me is not the best, I couldn't do a full shop but occasionally they have some good treats.
