Always wear a Jetpack. Fuel is another enJoyed. ❤❤❤ Happy to see I'm not the only brutalist builder up to 300+ panel high. Oh shit should have taken a break engine stopped. Well in this case AAAAAAAAAAAAAA YOU DAY TOO.😅
This is a good example of the TH-cam channel problem. People want one thing, and when channels try to diversify, views drop/people unsubscribe. I’m pretty indifferent to these shorts, but I think I’d prefer them at the end of the videos, because they clog the subscriptions feed a little bit. You could also try releasing them as portrait mode shorts, which tend to accrue views more quickly, and don’t clog other feeds. Just some constructive criticism/feedback.
Yes. You are correct and I know this. The entire reason I had the sketches at the end of the series episodes was exactly for this reason. So I could do some random other stuff and it wouldn't impact the channel as a whole. Also I did actually try doing them as shorts, they are unlisted now, but I hate the format and it was just needless extra effort for something that isn't related to what I actually want to do with the channel. I want Swamptopia to be as good as I can make it, but that takes a lot of time and effort, so the uploads for each video were infrequent, sometimes a week, sometimes up to a month. And the algorithm doesn't like that. It likes consistent uploads. So I figured, I'll pre-make enough Swamptopia to be able to schedule one video every week and in the meantime, reupload the random crap that I've already got, to keep the algorithm satisfied with uploads and maintain some impressions while I work on the main series. It's unfortunate that it clogs the sub feed, that is something I didn't consider. I just have to hope in good faith that my audience can wait a little while longer.
@@serisakWould you ever consider recording the gameplay with no voice over/editing (essentially just a gameplay VOD, and then titling/branding it as “Satisfactory gameplay to fall asleep/chill/study to”? I wonder if the algorithm would boost that type of content because of the naming convention/tagging?
There is already plenty of that kind of content on youtube, there would be nothing unique about it that viewers would choose to watch my channel over someone else doing the same thing. And regardless, that's not the kind of content I want to make.
@@serisak Makes sense, really hope that your channel explodes as much as possible. Mainly for personal gain because I enjoy your play throughs, but nonetheless hoping it grows
