The fact that there was no ambush initially made a huge difference in this combat. When we played it we were almost Tpked. I think the dm pulled some punches otherwise the adventure would have ended pretty early.

I wish actual play web series would make the player's screens as large as possible. It's cool to see the background for like a minute, but I really want to see the player's faces. Reduce 'whitespace'.
