Alternator isn't bad, but it's TTK is. Guy is running 2 smgs with the same ammo type. Hate to be his teammate as he loots all the light ammo. Love to be his enemy as he can't do anything in a mid range fight.
I'm so used to these two doing the craziest challenges, that at this point them going out of their way to use bad guns just seems like casually playing.
just gotta say, i haven't watched the video yet but i think Sentinel Alternator is a pretty decent combo. not the best but definitely usable, i'm pretty fond of both those guns.
Straight up gave up on Apex recently so it's weird to see a new video pop into my feed. I just cannot get the game to run well (three CPU and GPU upgrades in last year or so and still stutters and is super unresponsive [bullets just don'e register]), and the absolutely critical need to have smooth framerate and response makes it a super frustrating experience. Back to Quake Champions so I can actually have some quick FPS fun again, not get driven insane by the Apex grind.
Boom is that friend you really hate playing with because he just does degenerate stuff but you absolutely adore because he's just an incredible teammate. Looking forward to the next showdown!

The alternator is my most used weapon. Steady easily controllable rate of fire with easily controllable recoil.
That with the 99 is my fav combo.

sentinel is the best weapon, i still craft it every game. Just being able to basically break someone shield from any distance is OP in long fights.

The Sentinel is my favorite sniper, I use it every game 🙌🏽
It’s not really off-meta it’s just that crafting is kind of tedious. In any other scenario i would pick sentinel over any other sniper rifle
