Hey man, loved the tutorial; it really helped me out! I'm learning to navigate FL Studio by making EDM tracks so that I can eventually create Video Game Soundtracks with relative ease, as opposed to struggling while also learning to compose scores for video games; if that makes sense! So I thought it was really cool to see someone else making sounds for video games with FL Studio. Thank you! Also to add to this: I just learned that there is an option if you click on "Options" then "General Settings", there is a "Don't initialize controls automatically" option which mitigates a lot of the issues you mentioned! Instead of having to adjust each of the automation clips over and over lol Hopefully that helps!
Yeah exactly! Luckily most things that are automated in FL can be adjusted to preference these days. Through the years we've seen several features that were either hard to navigate, or weren't very "New" user friendly. I definitely thank you for leaving in the comments here that tip for people who are wanting to venture out and use FL and be creative! Anything to make the process easier right? Haha! As for video game Sound Effects/Sound Tracks etc. FL Studio has been very useful in that regard for me and the team of Nerds I work with.
iam trying to press space bar again to play pause, but as iam playing after pausing the track, the mixer channel for the vocals is making the slider for its volume go down in fl studio iam so frustated and i dont know how to fix this and I deleted the volume event in initialized controls but it is still doing it idk why so fking annoyed pls help meeeeeeeeeeeeee
Do you have any sort of automation in the timeline that is linked to the vocal track? It still sounds as if the Int controls are turned on or you have something still controlling the volume externally. If you right click the fader for the vocal track, is "int song with this position" still checked? I know you stated that you've already removed it but you'll wanna go back into your project settings in the browser and delete the int controls. These int controls can also happen under "patterns" in the same project browser tab. If that doesn't fix it and you don't have any sort of volume automation going on within the timeline. It is linked elsewhere and I'd have to see the project file personally to track it down.
was using a plugin and couldn't figure it out. thank you.
