    I have a disability and I moved into my new flat over 20 years ago from supported housing here at Plaza court on the south coast I was asked by Southern Housing Association if I wanted to become a trusty Talent a keyholder for the communal building I said I would do this there has been no problems over 20 years with this at all I've learned in the last few weeks that the southern House in group have changed the locks on the cupboards where I'm the keyholder they did not inform me of this or offer be the new keys this is no way to behave Southern Housing dept towards me your tenant.

    Do Housing Associations make a profit? False as they reinvest them money in more housing. Err so they make a profit then......
    This Video is a false depiction of H.assoc. who could really be termed as legal extortionists(theft). My H.association works with a managing agent who made a calculative mistake on the service charge. Who now has to pay the bill (Thousands) for their own mistake? Not the H.assoc. But the tenants.
