- The ANC says it will appeal the Durban High Court decision to dismiss its bid to have the MK Party change its logo and name. It accused MK Party of violating the Trademark Act as it claims the logo as part of its heritage and assets. The judge said that the ANC showed no urgency in presenting the matter. With the elections just weeks away, what impact will this have on the ANC, and the voting landscape. Political analyst Kedibone Phago says the MK Party has managed to steal ANC's heritage and is using it in full view to garner votes.

You're 100% correct that's why our issues are not taken seriously that's a reason why now it makes sense. ANC is running our country as a company that is registered with CEOs, secretary, manager etc etc but vice versa. These ones are earning higher wages than any other companies in the world and their workers are suffering the most. Look it the departments more specially in government sector people are just happy for that they are working it government but they don't earn so much they just have house allowance and medical aid and be given a living wage just to afford.

The way in which the ANC has dealt with President Zuma compared to other expelled ANC members is a clear indication that some people are indeed above the law. Zuma has also 'brought the party into disrepute' just all the members who were expelled without any hesitations. 🤷♂️

These analysts lack fundamental understanding of the issues thereby missing an opportunity to answer fundamental questions.
