I usually do around 40 sets for legs once a week quick pace workouts.
I don't get anxiety on leg day but I do start to overanalyze whether I'm going to have enough energy for leg day.
Leg day should be real simple. Leg Ext.Seated Leg Curl. Adduction, Abduction, glutes, hip flexors, done.
I get the anxiety before legday too bro but always feel better afterwards especially with a good pump!
If you don’t have that anxiety you’re doing something wrong lol
