I’ve never used a shark bite angle stop. Didn’t even know they made them to be honest. But a tip would be to use some T2 teflon paste on the threads of the angle stop and don’t take it apart to install. Loosen the nut, make sure the ring is lined up and slam it on the stub, tighten 1/2 turn past snug and you’re golden.

When you use compression fittings you need to use rectorseal number 5 thread sealant on the threads and thing compression ring, always works for me.

Put a little pipe dope on the ferrule (compression ring) and you'll never have a leak. It needs a little lube. A little trick is putting the garbage disposal on top of the basket strainer inside the sink will keep it from popping up when trying to install the split ring. Also looks like you got the natural stone safe Putty but for future reference regular plumber's putty has linseed oil and will cause a stain around the faucet if you put any on it. Keep them coming.

If you do those large tiles you need to do a bar of whatever you put on the sink side so it can tie together.
You need to get box extensions to make it look better and keep your electrical safe. I use them whenever I install cabinets.

One of the more interesting things I did was go to the warehouse and pick out the actual slabs of granite for my counter tops. As far as appliances, being a landlord I can tell you a good lower middle of the line appliance is the way to go. Go a step or two above the cheap crap and it will be fine for the money. If I can pay $500, $600 for a stove and get 10 years it is a deal.

I agree with you Ryno. When kitchen appliances turned into tv monitors with WiFi, gps, cameras, and speakers that’s when things started breaking more often. The cheaper more simple stuff is way more reliable in my experience. I have two fridges and a deep freezer that are close to 30 years old never had a problem other than maybe a fan going out which is like a $15 self repair if you have even the slightest bit of intelligence.

Those outlets coming through the cabinets and wood surround should technically have a spark shield installed. Basically an open back box shaped plastic shield that keeps any electrical fault from catching the wood on fire.

In the future just have the electrician install the adjustable new construction boxes, you can back them out to be flush with cabinets tile or anything really. They can extend out past the sheetrock about an inch and half or more. It's all I install in kitchens or bathrooms now and has made my life way easier not having to deal with the sheetrockers covering them or tile guys grouting over the screw holes

With the compression fittings, once the valve is tight to the line (not spinning anymore) you tighten 1/4 to a 1/2 turn. 3/4 of a turn would be too tight and damage the ring.

The gfi is probably on one of the upper outlets so you don’t have to go under sink to reset. However an electrical box spacer should be used to keep all the electrical in a box because of the space caused by the cabinet

As a plumbing contractor, I use a pipe sealant like teflon paste and coat lightly end of pipe, around compression ring and a touch on angle stop threads to help with non-binding of the nut to threads. Helps seal metal areas at the water-tite connection.

Chad the Plumber here...those angle stop go on better and wont leak if you use pipe dope "pipe thread compound" on the angle stops threads and a tiny amount on the brass ring...1 year late, but yeah it will make for a better seal and a smoother install...those threads need some lube. watching your whole "guest house reno projects " while work is slow.
