Always start with the smallest size auger bit, Then work ur way up. I did this for a few years in simi valley. Burned up a few hydraulic pumps in the learning process. Good luck
We are trimming out a house we started 3/4 years ago. Guy knocked his nice house down to build a monster of a castle. Tesla roof, jacuzzi, walk-in steam shower, massive kitchen, huge wood burning chimneys….anyways he ran out of money during the Covid price hikes. Almost done!!!!!😮😮😮
I run equipment for a living, not long ago i was task with digging footers and whatnot for some new construction, little did i know that there used to be a Texaco on that lot. Questionable pipes EVERYWHERE! you just never know what you will find.
the concrete company i used to work for used Bosch roto hammers battery powered and the regular ones that you use with the extension cord and there is a significant power difference i preferred the extension cord ones
I know everything on this project was overdone by the engineer, but holy crap. WHY are those footings so big and WHY does that fence have so many posts that close together! 😂
@DMAXRYNO i sent you an Email. I used the one you have linked here. Asking for permission to use your WORKFORIT logo. I'd greatly appreciate it if you can respond. I know you're very busy but when you can. Thanks.
Be careful bud always do your due diligence before digging. You don’t want to end up like the farmer that hit a 34 inch gas line while rippin in a D10 up in Bakersfield back in 2015.
Ryan you are not a Moran you my fellow are an invasionaire Fallow by a great human beein . I understand your love for work and play hard I understand you. Keep up it fallow by happy new year 🎉
2 things... 1. After the first hole, I would have called in a hydro vac to dig those holes. And 2. Watching the restaurant series, I REALLY have no interest in doing commercial work! 😂
It's going to be a million dollar plus rebuild by the time it's done. That's a lot to spend on a pizza joint lol. They've got the best in the business doing it though. You and your guys work hard every day on this thing. One would think in this modern day and age there would be a machine that could easily go through rock and footings and so on without so much trouble.
Your Dad is machine... A smoke and a Red Bull for breakfast... I'm guessing he's got about 5 years on me but I had to give that kind of stimulation up years ago..
That lady at the end was like “omg that guy is talking to a camera!” and started hustling to get outta frame lol.
Oh the joy of working on a site that has been worked on 2 to 3 times over the years. You’ll never know what you’re going to find.
It’s refreshing to see everyone working in the background having a good time seen Dave dancing around

Been there lady said the german root was disconnected 20years ago when pool was removed. I was building a wall and hit it… it was live
The skid steer I learned in was foot controls for bucket. Sticks for for driver
They gave you just a solid dirt bit. A carbide tip auger bit would’ve been perfect for that ground.
Don’t have time to watch the video but I’m glad you weren’t hurt! Gas lines are no joke
Hydro excavation truck would have saved a lot of headache.
was waiting for this vid to drop. I'm out of work due to injury.

Wasn't the bronco falling apart? Did you ever do a update video on what happened!??
Nothing better than this on a Monday!
Ever thought of using a hydro vac? We used them all the time installing optic fiber in Midwest.
Did I miss the video of the bronco frame fix/upgrade?
