I love The Alley, out of all boba I've tried that one is my fav, my personal favorite is the Creme Brulee Boba tea, I think that's their most popular drink.

With brown sugar tea boba you are supposed to mix it (before you put the straw in) because it mixes the sugar with the tea. That extra brown sugar parts aren't mixed in with the tea, it's mixed with the tapioca and is put at the bottom. So you have to shake it
