I live in the area. I am so glad the Greenwood store is close, along with QFC, Grocery Outlet, Bartells and Safeway.
My one pet peeve about this store is that the elevator and cart escalator are ALWAYS broken down when I go so I can never bring a push cart to the lower levels. The elevator has been broken forever.
I do love the stores selection, though :) Greenwood is a nice neighborhood as well. Plenty of food and bar options, boutique shops and stores, all with in the area to walk to or bus :)

Yes the elevator was broken when I was there, they let me use the freight elevator to get my cart back up.
