A certain body type is not a requirement to be a soft girl. There are soft girl clothes in a wide range of sizes! All that matters is you feel confident in your outfit 💕
I’m close to 200lbs, I’ve never felt more confident and comfortable than I do now dressing in bright/pastel colours. I don’t suit skirts but you can get really nice jeans with hearts ect which are super cute

If you’re uncomfortable wearing a specific item, you’re welcome replace it with a similar, less provocative item you are comfortable with. I do a lot male sporty things and I am strong type of girl but still it doesn't mean that I have no girly side because I have, I love a lot girly clothes, dresses and high heels, And even if I spend a lot time with guys, still I move and I walk in gentle, female way, as well I have my days when I only spend time with girls and I like to be gentle and soft, I like to wear sweet dresses, heels, I also love ballet.
I would love to dress in crop tops but I have a big chest so it doesnt look good whenever it has anything stuck to the body or the outline of a bra on the top.
I would wear clothing from the soft girl aesthetic and style with jewelry and accessories from egirl aesthetic (which I also have a video on)! I think the combination of pastel dresses/skirts with rougher edgy accessories like doc martens, chains and harnesses style well together. Alternatively, band tees for those bands you listed could be styled with white/pastel tennis skirts and pastel hair accessories!
Try seeing what pastel or light colored items you already have in your closet! A plain white tee and light wash denim could definitely work as long as you add the right accessories. If not, there should be plenty of pastel options for cheap at your local thrift store!
