you are ok to keep the nocks on, a lot of shops deliver or cut the arrow size with the nock fitted as part of the measurement - No arrow points tho! Nice presentation!

Always easier - at least to me - to cut before nock install. Cut, then insert or one-piece point, install nock, then fletch last. I always rotate shaft opposite direction of saw travel when cutting. That's what works for me at least. Review of shaft saw and never cut a shaft - huh?
