Hi Jarrad is this the same as my 34K1 recall that was carried out while my car was in for MOT then fault came up ? Car went back to VW and they split gearbox and put a new hydraulic oil pump in the gearbox ? Car doesn’t drive as well as it did after your stage 1 ECu & Gearbox remap. Can mine be taken back to different software version and then remapped?
@matthewmott8966 the software is designed to show issues in the box. But it's massively over sensitive and can often report issues that aren't there. VAG's protocol is if an issue arises on post flash test drive, replace parts. Any other time, hit the customer with a bill. But as you know, your box was perfect until it went it.
@@NorthEastTuning Yes I agree with you it was perfect then had the update and 1 week later it was towed into VW had the box removed and split and a new updated oil pump fitted as mine hadn’t exploded as apparently they can. However now this has all been done by VW is it worth you re flashing the box with your software to make it drive as it was before? Thanks
@matthewmott8966 you can't 'reflash' though, it's a completely new software version and would need tuning again. But sure, same benefits and improvements as before.

@ we have but wasn’t sure previously if you would recommend the changing of my software on mine after the issues I’ve had with the gearbox ?
