Most Ukranian front-line troops are now experienced and battle-hardened, whereas russian forces are new conscripts - still poorly trained and equipped "Russian sausage-meat"
Reality check, Wayne! Most experienced UA troops are long dead. Their new troops get only 6 weeks basic training. Some prisoners have revealed they got less than two!
Russian conscripts cannot serve outside the Russian Federation, so are not even in Ukraine. Some of the mobilised troops and many of the contract recruits from last year have still yet to be deployed to the SMO even after their 6 months training.

We all know since Ukraine advanced into Russian territory it’s clear to say nato is closely involved with it. You have a world superpower vs a nation that was just in a struggle for power not that far from couple years ago but with the advancement into Russian territory hopefully there will be soon peace and not a escalation of war between western and eastern powers. Scary times just because we know the hells of war especially with Weapons of mass destruction 10x greater then we had seen in the 40’s.

What units did Russia withdraw from east Ukraine to Kursk?? None - at some stage they will need to execute a operational pause because there advance is too fast too keep up with logistics, or the Russians will need to straighten their front line to better protect their lines of communication (That will give a 1 - 2week breather for Ukraine to strentghen defensive positions - so the question to Russia is do you halt the advance to consolidate and allow Ukraine to build better defenses or do you keep pushing and risk losing men and equipment?
Air strikes YES. There are less Air strikes in east Ukraine due to the assets supporting the RUF in the Kursk region - but no your source is wrong in terms of where the extra RUF manpower comes from.

In April the BBC, Forbes etc reported that Russia has only about 2 months of ammunition left, fuel were finished and all tanks was destroyed. We are now in September 2 days ago Ukraine destroyed a Russian Ammo depot with 30,000 tons of ammunition (The same ammo that was suppose to be finished in June).

What do I think about this issue? Lately nearly every report I read describes Russian defeat on the battlefield. Our media are strongly pro-Ukraine, so I wonder whether the reporting is accurate. If it is, then Ukraine is doing dazzling job of forcing ill-advised Russian actions. Then by anticipating these actions, Ukraine defeats them. Keep it up I say.

Because those missiles need targeting information from the Americans - which means direct NATO involvement. The Russian parliament has already stated that if long-range NATO missiles are fired into Russian territory, then a state of war will exist between Russia and NATO. That will result in Russian missiles landing in NATO countries! E.g. the MBDA Storm Shadow manufacturing sites in Stevenage, Bristol and Bolton.
