All of these recipes are Thai desserts including another clip I watched : Crispy Fried Banana. I'm surprised to see you spoke Chinese, maybe Vietnamese! Then Vietnamese & Thai desserts are exactly the same which is something I've never known before. I'm not surprised by the recipes but more of knowing that Vietnamese (or whatever you are) has Thai desserts as well.
