She wasn’t going to kill him, but she had every intention of showing him that his life is in her hands. It was perfect and I squealed with joy watching one of my favorite comics coming to life. Wanda is a villain, a sympathetic villain, but a villain nonetheless. And I’m glad that they aren’t shying away from that in this show.

It was such a display of power and I’m starting to believe that Magneto might make his way into the show at the very end. After all in the comics Magneto was their real father but Wanda and Pietro were still raised by two other parents. So it’s a possibility.

Wanda was more of an antagonist in the comics. Not a sympathetic villain. Her lack of control and her powers made her the enemy. Not to mention her powers are driven by her emotions which is unstable at times. Scarlet Witch, The Sentry. Their powers are cool as hell but eventually it becomes overwhelming to the point they became victims themselves.

The thing the show was implying was actually much cooler. They said it was 80s technology, meaning the camera (because of how small and electronic it had to be to be hooked to a transmitter) probably wasn't even *capable* of seeing the color red. Them seeing her eyes red on the screen meant that they weren't seeing the color of her magic, they were seeing her *actual* magic come all the way back *through* the screen.

It's funny how coming back to this particular scene from WandaVision and seeing all these reactions to her very impressive and potentially destructive show of strength had foreshadowed her unlimited potential and dark, tragic villainous turn in Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness. She was set up to be the most powerful villain the Marvel Cinematic Universe had ever faced, and how right they were. I still have hope that eventually Wanda Maximoff will return and redeem herself for all her extreme, violent, and murderous actions while under the influence of the Darkhold and her own grief, but man! She definitely had the most potential to be the greatest villain than Thanos ever was. "You either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain."

I said the same damn thing. Clint would have had this handled in half a day with just a conversation and maybe a little squabble. Clint and Wanda have a certain connection that's happened throughout in the background of the Avengers' storyline, that I think would have worked very well to bring back around and highlight in Wanda's story. It’s not a fake Quicksilver, it’s the X-men Quicksilver which everyone loved more. This episode marks the first crossover from X-men and MCU.

Some people. I’m in the minority that didn’t give a damn about most of those X-Men movies and a couple scenes with “Peter” NOT Pietro is not going to change my mind. Micheal Fassbender would have blown my mind more than this fake Quicksilver. That would have been epic.

I said the same damn thing. Clint would have had this handled in half a day with just a conversation and maybe a little squabble. Clint and Wanda have a certain connection that's happened throughout in the background of the Avengers' storyline, that I think would have worked very well to bring back around and highlight in Wanda's story. Missed opportunity, honestly. WandaVision happens just a couple of weeks after Tony's funeral, I think, where the two even have a moment about Natasha & Vision's deaths.
