I like to think the choice of using stars in the lyrics is a bit symbolic to Subaru. His name does mean the constellation Pleiades in Japanese and he did have an interest in the stars to the point he memorized Earth’s stars and constellations because of his name. Either way though, intentional or not this song is still cool.
