Westy it still works if you put the player in a good position too tackle. Do it all the time, you get those clean tackles where you can immediately make a play a lot.

Quiet good. But it would be very helpful if you could say what the exaxt difference between the two tricks is. It is still not clear for me when to use the normal lb and left stick trick and when the half pirouette trick....
Well, if you play vs A.I pro or worldclass its easy indeed, when u play a friend or legendary its not doable if they know how to contain defending

This doesn’t work at all, unless you meant L2 because using it instead of L1 looks closer to what I’m seeing on screen. The first one doesn’t even come close to working lol
L2 is to defend the ball and L1 is to dribble

you have pointed to a very important point. FIFA is treading the path back and seems to be more inspired with earlier versions of FIFA which used to be nothing but copies of earlier PS2 Pro Evolution Soccer versions. Now FIFA has shunned the "Realism" and opened the door for Wing-Play. Now the old classification of Online Player styles will come back. There will be 1)Passers 2) Dribblers 3) Speeders 4) Wing Players.. And it will put a new life into the stalling FIFA franchise. The lack of competetion had made FIFA stagnant for a few years. Now it has started a healthy change...

there's a button to shield the ball and you almost can't take the ball away from someone when they do it.
