Great tutorial. Question, I'm using 2016 Excel for MAC (not office 365). When I selected the 20% and tried to select North, South, East, West, I do not see the 'Value From Cells' to select the option. Is it because I'm not using Office 365?

Suppose the target sales amount is 100 USD then you can take 10 for bottom and top each.
