But it also shows that they really like her a lot and very comfortable at teasing and joking around with her.

You gotta think they see them more than family and if certain staff stick around for long periods of time, they'd grow to care for them. You hear about TWICE showing up to birthdays and weddings, giving gifts to them, and vice-versa. Staff are all the time buying the girls things. Not only that, but I still remember when Nayeon arranged a game day with staff when she was on break. Apparently Staff wasn't on break like she was, but they still went. So I think something like that shows their relationship has grown past being just a job.
