If currently watching from bf6 hype. Turn vehicle FOV to max. When you retreat in haste go third person and keep gun on enemy instead of watching behind in 1st person and not seeing the enemies.

I love all the new people to battlefield asking how the tank (and other guns) can shoot through thing or hit people behind cover ;)
Obviously because 1. Tank shells are explosives, and thus do splash damage. 2. gravity, the bf4 don't use raytracing but rather "actual bullets" oh, and 3. You can shoot through stuff, the same as in real life ;)

Nah. Gunner should be doing what I tell him to do and we stay alive. Case in point this and all my other vids. It works. Incendiary doesn't work like this, plus I don't even have to say to people that they aren't allowed to take anything other than proxi if we play together. They already know and do it by themselves because they know what's going to happen.

+cerealno I can only play at times when most of my friends are sleeping, but that's OK, I am a good gunner and average driver , I always rep, pop RPGs into enemies at the right time and even rep nearby tanks if safe, I protect my driver always , thanks for your input ...

learn to calculate the drop of the shell, don't expose yourself too much, use APS and don't stay still too long, it's much harder to hit you if you're constantly moving.
and dont forget a good gunner is the key to stay alive i save so many lives as gunner :v
