There are a number of Provincial Directorates of National Education (Milli Egitim Mudurlugu) in Antalya. There should be available dates in one of the of the directorates. Maybe if there are too many applications you might not find an appointment this month or the next month but maybe after that. I don't recommend registering to another city. You'll have to go back and forth if there are any problems in your application.
I recommend registering to your university first. Then apply for the residence permit. Once you receive your residence permit card you can apply for the e-denklik. Most universities give you time to apply and submit your equivalency certificate after registration.

Hi. I applied for denklik recently although I am about to graduate university . My country has the GCE A level system.I passed all my subjects although my marks are low. The denklik office told me they can’t do it for me because I don’t have the required grades for denklik. And they are asking me to retake the GCE A level exam. Is that a thing ? Isn’t it the school that’s supposed to reject you if your grades are not enough ? Let me know please if to do denklik they look at the grades

Only attestation from the foreign ministry won't be enough. This is a message I got from them after my documents were rejected because they weren't attested properly. "Your eEquivalence application has been returned. Reason: Re-appointment by submitting the originals of HSC and SSC diplomas approved by the Embassy and adding the necessary documents to the system B001"
