But I know Turkiye Burslari has a scholarship program for international students that are studying in Turkey on their own. I think Turkiye Burslari supports those students with some monthly stipend. I don't know exactly how much it is

No, the scholarship covers it. It takes roughly 2 weeks to get an appointment for your residence permit C1 is the final level of the Turkish language course Yes all beneficiaries must take the language course up to the C1 level
