I did like in manual, filter on white line, then blue line to the fridge and water dispenser doesnt work :( I dont know what Im doing wrong 😢

At 2:22 until 2:29 you can see the grey inline coupler (with the white label hanging off it). This is used to connect the blue pipe from the fridge to the white pipe from filter.How do you disassemble this grey coupler?
