Eric, I love the copper culture stuff. that is very old and rare. The lock and muskrat spear are my favorites this week. Great video, keep up the good work and thanks for taking us along.
Hi Eric another great outing! Love the Armband!! I wanted to ask if you've ever seen or heard of a fur trade 'dimple pearl' used in a ring? I recently dug a silver ring unmarked with an old style setting dimple pearl! Thanks bud
Congrats on your find! I haven’t heard of dimple pearl. Typically trade rings were of poorer materials. I occasionally find silver plain bands but mostly brass rings with glass settings or brass Jesuit rings. Perhaps this is a more personalized ring not for trade.
I am just blown away by your finds, wow!!!❤❤❤
Thank you very much.
Another fine episode. Thank you!
That iron piece looks like a shutter dog.
Thanks for watching and the great feedback.

Thank you for watching and coming along with me.
Eric, nice finds as usual. Great to see the kids taking interest in the hobby.
Thank you, they have a lot of fun out there.
This channel has the most incredible American history recovered. Unbelievable. You are blessed to have these sites available to you. Keep it up dude!

Great finds Eric! I’m heading back up to my cottage in a few days and hope to find similar treasures.
Good luck!
I like the old lock. Perty cool
Thank you very much.
Hi Henry! Nice to see you out with your Dad
He doesn’t always have the stamina for a full day but enjoys getting out for a little while.

Thank you very much!
The year of armbands for you
Ive been lucky for sure.
Great saves Eric, I never heard of a muskrat spear
Thank you, these were pretty commonly used during the fur trade era. I don’t find many though as the iron doesn’t always hold up.
For our areas' ancient history your channel knocks it out of the park! Where do you usually go? public or permissions?
I work a mix of both. Much of the public land has been worked hard though so mostly private land these days.
