I don't think he gets disrespected. Gokutards(goku toxic fans) can't accept the following. 1. Jiren dominated Goku throughout 95% of the entirety of the tournament of power. He even won 2 rounds against mastered U.I Goku. 2. Goku was massively saved by the plot. Jiren could've ended instantly in many occasions but there was always something happening that preventing that i.e: Hit attacking Jiren before Goku gets eliminated. Jiren going meditating for no reason. Jiren just watching and letting goku rest + power up. 3. Jiren was in a 1 v 4 at the finals. Then 1 v 3. Taking this into consideration, goku toxic fans hate Jiren because he is the only character in the history of Dragon Ball who didn't get squashed or one sided as soon as the main character got not one, but multiple power ups, and even so, Jiren lost at the same time as Goku so it wasn't really a "goku's victory" as people wanted it to be. Also since Jiren is a thing of the past and we have Broly and black frieza it is unlikely we will see him again so people need to find the next big guy and compare it to TOP Jiren which is stupid.
