Q2 for optimizing power bi report firstly enable the load of the columns that no longer using , remove the unwanted columns , wherenver possible use measures insted of columns, in data model remove usless relationships from tables
sir Q no 1 as per my experience when i used powerbi tool to before creating visualization for yearwise business performance report i will use etl tool for deleting anwanted null values and editing some cases becouse it will helps to prepare reports clean and accuratly.
