She thoroughly annoyed me in that Durango. Either escape and change characters later, or RP your traffic stop properly. The running back and forth playing cat n mouse was horrible.
The SRT Durango isn't that fast either. It's definitely *fast* but not that fast. It still weighs a ton and drives like a boat. If I was going to drive like that, I'd RP "plate comes back to this address" and hang out at home or something to give the cops some RP
People do that crap in real life, it’s annoying. Had a guy in a SRT charger do that to us for 2 hours. He never hid or ran off just kept running around and toying with us, our Taurus’ couldn’t keep up. He ran over so many curves that he eventually busted his oil pan, and his engine seized. Dude was high af!

I mean most servers doing what they did would end with at the very least a talking to by an admin if not a temporary ban from the server to make them reevaluate their RP style

I don't understand how the civ in the Durango was having any fun. They were going way too fast for the pursuit to continue for very long then they'd pull over and take off and do it again. Either slow down for a proper pursuit or let yourself get caught at some point. Just running at 150mph can't be THAT much fun

Been awhile since we've seen the tires shot out. I don't recall seeing that ever on OCRP. I think not since the "other" server have we seen this type of RP.
You can just say DOJ. It's not like it's a banned word. Pretty sure most servers ban it pretty fast given a stun gun wouldn't pop tires in real life.

If u download lvc to the server you can lock the siren box so when u tab out nothing happened u will have to unlock it to do anything you will have to eat the keybind you want

It'd be pretty cool to have a pursuit unit on patrol every once in awhile actually. Not all states have them and most "pursuit" units are for PR anyway, but it'd be fun for server 2 or something sometime. I forget what state it is but they have corvette C7s for the occasional pursuit (something more like this case) and they're sweet. I wouldn't want to encourage this type of RP often though and unfortunately adding something like that could do it.
FHP has a challenger so they could add one that someone could request from Jeff to use for pursuits

Before anyone says this is just a game, yes it is but the whole point of OCRP is to RP as if it’s real, with maybe a few liberties. Yes Durangos are fast but not that damn fast to where you can see it just kick into hyperdrive and disappear. Them hitting the BF Injection would’ve totaled the suv yet they kept going. Glad Jeff ended that nonsense😂

FHP took delivery of 15 to 20 Challenger 392, and they are to PIT vehicles. So, one to two in highway livery per shift is realistic. They are pursuit vehicles only.
Hey Jeff just to let you know if u use your steam overlay then Alt tab your siren won't go off . Only fix I've found
That red Bronco it feels like it's fail rp but I have no idea everytime backup would get on scene she just runs I haven't seen anybody do that before it makes me a little angry. But a great video!

Jeff, not sure you'll see this, but with the ALT-TAB, make sure you're using the RIGHT sided ALT key.... I had the same issue and resolved it by just using the other ALT...sorry if you tried this already.

Y’all should fix the FPIU. IRL it’s the fastest interceptor there is in the US. Twin turbo v6 makes tracks! Lol
i belive the charger has it beat the FPIU only does 148 MPH vs the charger is 150MPH and the caprice PPV does 155 MPH
Chargers in Arkansas usually do 153 haven’t seen anything faster. Same with Oklahoma, saw it from an ASP pursuit video that crossed into OHP area

Hey Jeff, you guys should get a Corvette in the fleet and be used as a highway patrol or something. It would be helpful for pursuits with modded cars like the Durango or supercars within the game and none of your current cars can't even handle the speed most times.

They dont play as if its Cali, they do Florida. Only Cali thing is the map its self, everything else is rp'd as Florida.
