Thanks! I did make my shirt, I used the Gibson girl blouse pattern from Folkwear Patterns.

That's what the patterning on the dressform was, so I just decided where I want my seam lines and drew them on my fabric.
It's not a Casey Renee video until the rhinestones come out ;)

It's acrylic with fabric medium, the medium makes the paint stretch so it won't crack and flake off
