I have been watching Gotham for the past few weeks for inspiration and loved the GCPD in there. Would loved to have made it bigger. The good thing with this project is that I can always go back and amend things at a later stage, so if I end up with a spot that can house a bigger GCPD then I may build it to the size that I would really like too. I am planning on this city being one that I continually evolve and improve over time.
@@dubbzibricks That sounds great! I too loved the GCPD in Gotham. How tall are you planning to have the building? Also be sure to include an evidence locker for all the villian's costumes / equipment (freeze gun/Riddler cane etc).
@@Marshall_Law2006 I am anticipating it being between 70 and 80cm tall by the time it is finished. Glad you reminded me of the evidence room.... It will now be in there 👍
Thank you J W, really please I opted to go with that shape. I am going to try and keep the interesting shapes coming within the city as opposed to just squares and rectangles.
I love how both this building and Wayne mansion used diagonal walls, it really adds to the build and it interesting to see how it all works, also will you build the alley where Thomas and Martha Wayne get shot?
Thank you @CT Productions. I want to try and make the city as detailed and creative as possible, rather than just look square and blocky. It was the reason I scrapped the first attempt at the GCPD. The alley way will 100% be in the city. Have to have the scene of the crime that started Bruce Waynes journey to becoming Batman. I will be adding a theatre to the MOC, so will add the alley beside or behind it.
Looks great! Very reminiscent of the GCPD from the Gotham series. Very interesting idea with the flat iron building! Keep it up! :)

Great episode mate. Loving the look of your flat iron GCPD. How you ended up with a flush surface I might not ever know 🙃
