    Great review....feel you did an exemplary job in illustrating the various models...their features and/or offerings and most important....price point. I'm on the East Coast U.S. and purchased my '22 GLI in May and absolutely love the car. True German performance at a price that won't leave you bleeding....love, love, love : )

      LoL. I totally agree. That trunk thunk is more like a Japanese Econo box than a German engineered vehicle. The sheet metal seems to get thinner and more tin can like. VW of late hasn't been up to the older generation standards.

    • @47Agsurfer
      @47Agsurfer 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@EverydayReviews2022 That's incorrect. If you look at the specification sheet of the GLI referring to the fuel requirement section, it states and I quote..."(Stated hp and torque figures achieved with premium unleaded)". To point out, the difference between regular and premium started to show more in the era of factory turbocharged vehicles. Most manufacturers don't make it clear or put forth the effort to make it hidden or be vague. Hence more often than not, internet car bloggers/vloggers doesn't pick up on that aspect which leads to neglect of information or giving the wrong information. The only manufacturer that doesn't do that is Mazda. They will tell you how much horsepower is expected from their turbo vehicles with regular and/or premium gas.

      @@EverydayReviews2022 Engines are specifically tuned to certain octane expectations. I imagine these newer cars don't have these problems and are able to adjust.
