Milos was 10/10 greek island with kids destination! Did you expect so much from such a small place?

loved the video! Did you ever make the Santorini video? We are trying to plan a trip with a 7mo old baby and cant decide between Milos, Naxos or Santorini. 😅

wow how exciting! Hands down Naxos and Milos... what month are you planning on visiting and how many days do you have? lmk and I would be happy to help :). There is definitely a way to make all three work. Milos is super baby friendly and has a much more relaxed vibe. Santorini is going to be intense (unless you have a really big budget!). Naxos is much closer to other islands, so you could hop around much faster, and has an amazing local cuisine so you are going to be in food heaven!

@@everycountrybaby OMG I am so happy I ran across your channel. We were so overwhelmed with so much information!! We have 6 days in May that we need to divide time between Mykonos and another island. We need to end in Mykonos because we leave from there to Cyprus for a wedding. My husband's two main requirements are good food and a comfy bed. We have a mid range budget around 550/d including hotel and car rental or transportation.

@@sylvanarpacheco May is such a great time to visit. Mykonos is a vibe (although it can be a bit crazy). Given your budget, and little baby and quick turn around I would go with Naxos as it's right next to Mykonos and you have lots of options. Ferries to Milos and Santorini are going to take much longer and can fill up quite fast. Naxos is known for it's "highlands" and is a lot more traditional and laid back compared to Mykonos so you are going to get the two different sides of the greek islands for sure :) If you have time to get to Delos (it's a little day trip from Mykonos) it's pretty unique, the history of the island is amazing and you get a very cool feel of what the richest people in ancient Greece were up to. Hope this helps!

What travel stroller did you bring? And did you travel with a carseat? Thinking of going with our 6 month old and worried how much we'll have to pack for him!

hey what a great question. We didn't use a travel stroller until apollo was 18 months old. Our travel system was the bugaboo fox 2 frame, with the Nuna pipa next capsule. The capsule fits most toddlers up to 18-24 months, and can attach to a car with only the seatbelt. So we don't need a separate carseat and save a lot of space. Also terrain in greek islands tends to be variable so the big wheels and suspension came in very handy! The reality is you don't need to pack much for babies :). 6 months is a funny age where they are still learning to sit up and eat. If he is big enough to fit in a chair harness it was super helpful to us. We have the liuliuby travel chair harness. Hope this helps
